Programs

Our program and content focus on well-being, with a deep appreciation for the intersection of heart, body, and imagination, as well as the importance of community. Our skilled facilitators design engaging programs rooted in lived experience and communal learning. They use our Being in Community Guidelines to cultivate a space of trust and growth. Some programs are multi-week series, while others are single-event experiences.

We are taking a brief hiatus from in-person programming until September, 2025 to accommodate the renovation of our building. The fall schedule will be posted in late July and will include updated versions of past programs and new offerings such as “Mindful Living,” and the exploration of the intersection of the arts and spirituality funded by the Billie James Fund for the Arts.
