Programs
Our program and content focus is on well-being, with a deep appreciation for the intersection of heart, body, and imagination, as well as the importance of community. Our skilled facilitators design engaging programs rooted in lived experience and communal learning. They use our Being in Community Guidelines to cultivate a space of trust and growth. Some programs are multi-week series, while others are single-event experiences.
We hope you will enjoy many new offerings this season such as “Mindful Living,” and the exploration of the intersection of the arts and spirituality, generously provided by the Billie James Fund for the Arts.
