Enneagram One-Day Workshop |

The Enneagram is more than a personality framework. It's a tool for understanding yourself and the people around you, and for communicating with greater clarity and compassion. This in-person program offers a supportive space to learn, reflect, and talk honestly with others. No need to know your type ahead of time. Whether you're new to the Enneagram or looking to go deeper, you'll leave with practical insights for stronger relationships.

In this program we'll explore the nine types then take time to notice your own patterns: the thoughts, feelings, and habits that show up in daily life, and what helps you respond with more openness and understanding. Small-group discussions give you room to compare notes, and simple practices help you settle in and stay present. You'll leave with tools you can use with yourself and in your relationships.
