Grounded Strength: Yoga & Meditation for Men
Yoga and Meditation for Men with Crawford Miller
Grounded Strength is a five-week series for men interested in reconnecting through strength and stillness.
Each week combines accessible yoga, meditation, breathwork, reflection, and conversation. The practice is designed to create space away from the usual noise and expectations of daily life, a chance to slow down, become more present, and explore what strength looks like physically, mentally, and emotionally.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. This is not about flexibility, performance, or getting the poses “right.” It is about showing up, paying attention, and developing practices that can carry into everyday life.

Crawford Miller has practiced yoga for more than a decade and has come to see the practice as something much larger than exercise. What began as a physical discipline gradually became a way to navigate change, uncertainty, relationships, loss, recovery, and the ongoing work of figuring out what really matters.
His approach brings together yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reflection without making any of it overly precious or complicated. Crawford believes strength is not simply about pushing harder. Sometimes strength is the ability to become still, pay attention, and be willing to look honestly at where you are.
Outside the yoga studio, Crawford has spent much of his career in advertising, media, strategy, and leadership. He brings that same curiosity about people, communication, and connection into his teaching.
His classes are practical, welcoming, occasionally irreverent, and designed for real people living real lives. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, spiritual, or particularly good at sitting still.
You just need to show up.
