Mindful Living Thursdays

“Mindfulness Stress Reduction Practices” is a six-week series for people seeking healthy ways to reduce stress in their lives.

Each facilitated session is designed to help participants expand their capacity for overall wellness by exploring practical strategies that cultivate and strengthen stress reduction by activating the body’s natural calming system.

Whether you’re seeking greater calm in your daily work or tools to manage stress during challenging seasons, this program provides a supportive environment for inner growth. Together, we will spend one hour each week together, in practice.

You can pick and choose one or a few sessions, or come to all six :

  • March 5 = Awareness of Breath, Body, and Mindful Eating / led by Mary Bea

  • March 12 = Using the Labyrinth Walk to Reduce Stress/ led by Mary Bea

Meet Mary Bea

Mary Bea Sullivan is a retreat leader, spiritual director, nonprofit founder, and author. Her latest book is Living the Way of Love:  A 40-Day Devotional. Mary Bea’s exposure to various spiritual traditions and practices, and her training as a facilitator are well-suited to the mission. Collaborating with so many talented, generous-hearted people to bring the Threshold Center to life is the answer to a long-held prayer.

Meet Miriam

Miriam Rose Lee is an intuitive energy healer and certified sound healer dedicated to creating transformative experiences through the power of education, energetic healing, and sound. Her warm approach and deep understanding of energy dynamics combines with her love for helping others, providing a safe space for deeper exploration and healing.

Miriam is a Reiki Master, shamanic energy medicine practitioner (certified by the Four Winds Society), and QHHT past-life regression hypnotist. Additionally, she holds a Healing Sound Training Foundation Certification under the guidance of Mark Torgeson. In addition to her sessions offered at Threshold Center and other group classes, she works with clients 1:1 in-person and virtually for energy healing, coaching, and past life regressions. Additionally, Miriam has numerous free guided meditations and premium courses on InsightTimer. You may find out more about her business here.

Outside of her healing work, Miriam enjoys indulging in her love for Chai lattes (perhaps a little too much) and finds joy in spending time with her amazing daughter and immersing herself in the beauty of nature.
