Complicated Life. Simple Words.
Regain perspective on the swirling chaos we call “life” using art, breath, movement, and the simplicity of a few words.
For three weeks, we will practice being present and honest, practicing what it is like to NOT be in a hurry, frantic, and worried or “tied in knots”.
We are all so good at being in a hurry. We’ve been trained, actually. So if we can learn to always please others first, feel inadequate, and that all is out of our control, then we can also UNLEARN it.
Our time together will be practicing coming back to a sense of wholeness using simple words and concepts to unravel the complicated life.
We will get grounded through breathwork and movement, experience new art techniques, and re-learn to trust ourselves and nervous systems.
No matter how you feel about the morning of Sept. 18, 25 and Oct. 2, we have a spot reserved for YOU in the circle.
How It Works
Duration: 3 weeks in MORNING sessions

Create with your hands.
Continue to breathe.
Prepare to carry these tactics and methods into the rest of your day.
What You’ll Need
Something to write with and on: a journal or notebook; a pen or pencil. But if you forget them, don’t worry. We have you covered.
