Programs
Our program and content focus on well-being, with a deep appreciation for the intersection of heart, body, and imagination, as well as the importance of community. Our skilled facilitators design engaging programs rooted in lived experience and communal learning. They use our 'Being in Community' Guidelines to cultivate a space of trust and growth. Some programs are multi-week series, while others are single-event experiences.
