Mindful Yoga for Cancer Care
Navigating the health challenges of cancer can be daunting. How do we ride the waves with equanimity?
Mindful yoga cultivates self-compassion and acceptance of hardships. Come together – patients, caregivers, cancer thrivers - for this six-week series led by Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist Marie Blair. Learn to live skillfully using the yogic tools of meditation, breathwork, self-study and gentle yoga.
Based on the Mindful Yoga program by Kimberly and Jim Carson of Oregon Health and Science University, this program is open to all – newcomers, yoga enthusiasts, patients, and caregivers.
