Enneagram Wings and Resource Points

Movement on the lines of stress and integration

We Can't Control the Weather...

But We Can Control Our Response

We regret to inform you that due to the likelihood of dangerous weather, we are postponing the half-day Enneagram: Wings and Resources Retreat scheduled for this Saturday, January 24th.

The rescheduled date is March 14th. It is likely the program will be in the morning. We will be in touch by January 29 with more detailed information about the new date and registered participants’ financial reimbursement options. We are disappointed and sorry that we won't be gathering January 24 as originally planned but hope you can join us for the rescheduled date.

Designed as a deeper dive into the Enneagram looking at each type’s access to awareness and growth

this half day workshop explores how each Enneagram type moves along the lines of stress and integration to support balance and wholeness.

The Enneagram is more than a personality framework—it’s a tool for understanding ourselves and the people around us with more clarity.

It is not necessary to know your Enneagram type to participate in this workshop, however some knowledge of the Enneagram is helpful. If you have questions, you may reach out to the facilitators here.

Our time will include opportunities for reflection, thoughtful conversation, and practices that encourage greater awareness. You’ll leave with tools to apply these insights in everyday life—

    • Recognizing personal stress patterns

    • Identifying ways to relax into presence

    • Guided questions for self assessment

    • Learning cues from body sensations, emotions, and behaviors

    • Practical tools for for accessing resource points
